To book an event:
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve time and date. This comes off final balance due. We apologize, but we can accommodate no more than 225 guests.
Food Menu Pricing:
All menus for events are individually designed by personal consultation with Bernie or our Chef to suit each client’s specific needs. Appointments are set after deposit received.
Day events start at $10.00 per person *food only
Evening events start at $15.00 per person *food only

Non-alcoholic:
· Single beverage choice $2.00 per person
· Coffee and tea $3.00 per person
· Coffee, tea and punch $4.00 per person
· Coffee, tea, punch and soda $5.00 per person
Alcoholic beverage service Price Applicable
Cakes:
Starting at $2.50 per person with a minimum $50.00 order
Wait Staff Services:
Wedding Liaison/Coordinator: $150.00 one time fee
Recommended amount of servers required is dependent upon number of guests
Each Server $75.00
Gratuities 19% of food and beverage total alone
State Tax:
7% on food/beverage and property

Overnight Rental:
Full Breakfast is included with price of room.
Per Room $125.00 per night plus 15% Hotel/Motel Tax
* If all rooms are rented rates are discounted by 10%.*
Example: $125.00 is discounted to $112.50 plus Tax
50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to block out Rooms on Evening/Weekend Rental for Your Event.
