Bernie's Nacoochee Guest House - Helen Georgia Mountain Bed and Breakfast

Our three rooms are cozy and intimate. Two have their own entrances. All room rates include breakfast, use of our library, fireplaces, deck, and gardens. We have central heat and air. Children are welcome, and pets are accepted, for a small fee.

Our honeymoon suite, the Cherub Room, is cozy, yet elegant. It has a king size canopy bed, fireplace, private bath, and entrance. Click on the image on the right for a closer view.

Cozy Rooms

Our upstairs Meadow Room, has a king size bed, as well as a twin bed. French windows with a view of the valley, and a private bath make this perfect for a family stay. Click on the images for a closer view.

The Oak Room has a queen size poster bed, picture window, sitting area, new jaccuzzi bath tub, and private entrance. Click on the image for a closer view.

Two night minimum reservation. Additional charge will be made for one night stays (if available).

DEPOSITS: Reservations can be made by phone or through our secure online booking. Your reservation will be confirmed provided we receive a deposit of 50% of the total rental within seven days of your making your reservation. The balance of the rent plus tax is due upon your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 service charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made two weeks or less prior to arrival date. If cancellation is necessary, we will credit your deposit toward a future reservation date with us, up to 1 year of the date of cancellation.

Additional persons not included in reservation may be charged extra.
Any guests will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
