Dates of Operation

The Guest House will be closed on the following dates:
November 24th and 25th 2011
December 24th, 25th, and 26th 2011


During holiday weekends and all weekends in the month of October a minimum two night stay is required. This may be any two consecutive days Thursday - Sunday.

Due to holiday parties, reservations, and local events we urge you to call ahead when planning on dining at Bernie's Restaurant. 706-878-3830

Booking Policy

Due to our inns limited rooms (3 only) we do not overbook our rooms. A 50% non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your date and stay. Rebooking fees may apply, please contact us for details. For Escape Packages your "voucher" is considered your non-refundable deposit.
