Located in the heart of the North Georgia Mountains, is Nacoochee Valley, just outside Helen, GA.  The Nacoochee Valley Guest House is a bed & breakfast that offers magnificent views, splendid gardens, fine dining and a warm friendly atmosphere.  

Built in 1920, the bed & breakfast has three quaint, cozy rooms, and an intimate cottage that sleeps six.  History, Hospitality, Fine Dining... truly a rare find you will always remember and return to, season after season. We're open year around.

A Few Words about Our Rooms

Of our three intimate rooms, two have their own entrances. All room rates include full breakfast, use of our library with internet access, fireplaces, and deck. 

The Cherub Room, our spacious suite, is cozy and elegant with it's king size bed, fireplace, private bath, and private entrance.

The Meadow Room, is located on the second floor of the guest house with a      picturesque view from French windows overlooking the beautiful gardens and valley scene.  A king size bed as well as a cozy trundle bed and a private bath makes this perfect for a small family stay.

  The Oak Room, our honeymoon suite with it's queen size poster bed, picture window, sitting area, romantic Jacuzzi bath tub and private entrance.

The Little House, is the perfect spot for the whole family.  It's located 1/2 mile from the bed & breakfast.  Sleeps up to six people.  Have the total privacy of the cottage yet still includes all the amenities of the bed & breakfast.

The Eagle's Nest, is the ultimate in mountain getaways.  It's located in the Summit with breath taking views just minutes away from the bed & breakfast.  With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, it is the perfect place for a family vacation.  Have the total privacy and seclusion of a cabin yet still includes all the amenities of the bed & breakfast.

The Guest House is also perfect for rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies and receptions, and parties for all occasions.

Our dining facility is also open to the public for dinner, seating up to 45 people, and our meals are truly unforgettable.
